I have drawn plans for a client living in a ground floor flat in Southwark SE15.
After two weeks of discussions with his partner they have come up with some further ideas they would like to implement via sending me a screenshot taken from my drawing.
The client wishes to have an extension larger than first intended, I have applied this to my original plan as "amendment A".
Now we can submit the Householder Planning application with the amended plan in the Planning Portal.
We work with our clients, communicating and always available to discuss ideas & alterations at any point during the process of obtaining an approval from the Council and other parties.
Even during the build process certain alterations could be required without further planning authorization.
Thames Water will not need to be informed of the build as the Public Sewer run is to the front of the property and therefore over 3m away from the extension.
In doing this the client is going to going to enlarge his house from a one bedroom into a two bedroom flat and create a large lounge & open plan kitchen.
Bi-fold doors to the rear will open the aspect of garden into the lounge.
Soon we will add further notes to the plan and work on getting the structural calculations completed.
